We are not a government agency, nor are we an NGO. We’re simply a group of friends coming together to do this. Please bear with us—we’re doing our best to highlight as many campaigns as possible.

For Palestinians who wish to be promoted or platformed by us on our spaces, please message Radio Watermelon to receive instructions on how to get verified. We do not promote or platform any campaign or profile that hasn’t been verified. Verification takes place four times a week—every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday—from 3:30PM PM to 5:30PM Gaza time.

For Palestinians we’ve already platformed, we are currently not offering re-platforming due to the backlog of requests in our database. We are prioritizing first-time speakers only. Please note: our spaces are not for fundraising, but to highlight your story and profile. If you’d like the recording of the space you appeared in to share with your followers, message Radio Watermelon and we’ll provide you with the link. Our role is not to fundraise but to verify you so that donors feel confident donating. We highlight your profile and campaign, but we do not control donors or donations.

To ensure fairness, only one person per family will be platformed on our spaces.

If you’re a verified user and notice any incorrect information linked to your profile or have been suspended, please complete the Update Request Form. Please allow up to 72 hours for change request to be reflected in the database. Also, check the Infographics and Guides page on our website, where we post tips on avoiding suspension. During the verification session, we provide a crash course on account management and growth.

We do not promote initiatives or organizations. Our focus is solely on highlighting personal crowdfunds for families.

Once you receive a quote tweet from Radio Watermelon with the hashtag #VerifiedByRadioWatermelon, we recommend that you pin the post to your profile. If you want to check your profile on our website, please visit radiowatermelon.com. This helps show donors that you’ve been verified by us and increases visibility for your campaign.
